How long does the process take (from ring purchase to delivery)?
Lead time for made to order items take about 3-6 weeks for completed item. Delivery then occurs via USPS Priority mail, or USPS Express mail overnight (by request only, $50 add on). Please plan ahead and help us all out!
Can you use my gemstones and diamonds for a custom piece?
At this time, I unfortunately cannot take in customer stones due to insurance reasons. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes. Send me an email in contact, let's see what you are thinking. Custom pricing begins at $1800+, take heed and dream up something good!
Will you repair my other jewelry while you are at it?
I cannot take in repair work from other jewelers at this time. My apologies for any inconveniences.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Engraving is possible from some of the Bay Area's finest artistinal engravers. Words and dates can be engraved on the inside, patterns on the outside. Prices vary depending on the complexity of your idea. All engraving work is considered custom, and therefore,there are no refunds on said items.
